Diplomová práce se zabývá dvěma antidepresivy ze třídy inhibitorů zpětného vychytávání serotoninu - fluvoxaminem a sertralinem. Teoretická část práce shrnuje jejich základní charakteristiku a mechanismus účinku, výskyt v přírodních vodách, toxicitu pro vodní organismy a možnosti degradace ve vodním prostředí. Zahrnuje také výzkum jejich stanovení metodami HPLC. Experimentální část představuje zavedení HPLC metod pro stanovení fluvoxaminu a sertralinu a výsledky fotochemické degradace fluvoxaminu a sertralinu ve vodném roztoku za světelných podmínek relevantních pro přírodní vody. The Master thesis deals with two antidepressants from the class of serotonin reuptake inhibitors - fluvoxamine and sertraline. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes their basic characteristics and mechanism of action, occurrence in natural waters, toxicity to aquatic organisms, and the possibilities of degradation in the aquatic environment. It also includes research on their determination by the HPLC methods. The experimental part presents the introduction of HPLC methods for the determination of fluvoxamine and sertraline, and the results of fluvoxamine and sertraline photochemical degradation in aqueous solution under light conditions relevant to natural waters.
