Struktura mikrobiomů hematofágního hmyzu je stále neprobádanou oblastí výzkumu. Tato práce se zabývá strukturou mikrobiomů různých genetických linií vši Polyplax serrata. Vzorky byly odebrány z lokalit v hybridní zóně specifické linie P. serrata. Pro analýzy alfa a beta diverzity byly použita data z amplikonového sekvenování, která byla následně analyzována v programu RStudio. V mikrobiomu vší jsme zmapovali 30 nejvíce zastoupených bakteriálních rodů a tyto výsledky jsme prezentovali v grafické podobě heat-mapy. Výsledky analýz ukázaly, že mikrobiomy různých linií mají velmi podobnou diverzitu, variabilitu i strukturu. Také jsme stanovili zvláštní genetickou linii nazvanou Hybrdi1, jejíž mikrobiomy obsahují wolbachii, bakterii manipulující rozmnožování hostitele. Přítomnost této bakterie může úplně změnit koncept hybridů, vznikajících v této konkrétní hybridní zóně specifické linie P. serrata. The microbiome structure of hematophagous insects is still a generally unexplored topic. This paper discusses the microbiome structure of different genetic lineages of the louse Polyplax serrata. The samples were collected from locations in the hybrid zone of the specific lineage of P. serrata. For the analyses of alfa and beta diversity, we have used data from amplicon sequencing and then analysed them in RStudio. We mapped the 30 most represented bacteria genera and presented them as a heat-map graph. The analyses results showed that the microbiomes of different genetic lineages have very similar diversity, variability and structure. Additionally, we also established a strange genetic lineage called Hybrid1 whose microbiomes contain Wolbachia, a reproductive manipulator bacteria, which possibly can alter the whole concept of hybrids in this particular hybrid zone of a specific lineage of P. serrata.
