Abstract: The aim of this thesis was to find out which macromycetes important for nature conservation occur in the poor fens of the Třeboň region and what is their relationship to the vegetation succession, mainly to the expansion of competitive graminoids and woody plants. Pairs of permanent monitoring plots (9 × 9 m) were established at ten localities, representing preserved and degraded parts of each studied poor fen. Samples of peat and decayed Sphagnum were collected for the environmental sequencing. The fruitbody survey was conducted from September 2020 till November 2021. The effect of the environmental factors and vegetation on fungal communities was analysed by the multivariate ordination methods.
