Krevní destičky mají klíčové postavení v patofyziologii aterotrombotických komplikací kardiovaskulárních chorob, které jsou jednou z nejčastějších příčin morbidity a mortality obyvatelstva v rozvinutých zemích. Léčba kardiovaskulárních chorob je úzce spojena s podáváním léků tlumících funkci krevních destiček, a tím bránící tvorbě destičkového trombu. U značné části pacientů dochází i přes podávanou léčbu ke klinickému selhání léčby, k rozvoji ischemické příhody. Cílem mé práce bylo zaměřit se na monitoring laboratorní a klinické účinnosti protidestičkové léčby u pacientů s různými diagnózami, konkrétně u pacientů s akutní cévní mozkovou příhodou a myeloproliferativním onemocněním. Platelets play a key role in the pathophysiology of atherothrombotic complications of cardiovascular diseases, one of the leading causes of morbidity and mortality in developed countries. The treatment of these diseases involves the administration of drugs that suppress platelet function, thereby preventing platelet thrombus formation. Despite treatment, a significant proportion of patients experience treatment failure and develop ischaemic events. My work focused on monitoring the laboratory and clinical efficacy of antiplatelet therapy in patients with various diagnoses, particularly those with acute stroke and myeloproliferative disease.
