1 Abstrakt Tato práce popisuje tvorbu vnitřní směrnice pro správu sbírek a sbírkových předmětů pro potřeby Muzea Šumavy Sušice, příspěvkové organizace. V úvodu práce autor stručně nastiňuje vývoj sbírek ve vybraném muzeu a seznamuje s výchozí situací před tvorbou směrnice. Režim pro zacházení se sbírkou je chápán jako vnitřní předpis muzeí, kterou musí každý správce sbírky1 v České republice povinně stanovit. Muzeum Šumavy Sušice doposud disponovalo pouze formálními interními předpisy, které nenaplňovaly principy dané legislativní normou. To konstatovala i kontrola Ministerstva kultury, která mimo jiné nařídila muzeu stanovit plnohodnotnou směrnici. Autor si kladl za cíl vytvoření Režimu pro zacházení se sbírkou, který bude uzpůsoben potřebám konkrétního muzea, a který bude uveden do praxe. Výsledkem této práce je tedy směrnice, podle níž budou postupovat všichni zaměstnanci muzea. Tvorba směrnice je velmi individuální záležitostí. Výchozí normy, které určují samotné vydání směrnice a popisují, co má být jejím obsahem, jsou dvě: zákon č. 122/2000 Sb. a vyhláška 275/2000 Sb. Z těchto zdrojů byl vytvořen základní předpis,2 který byl doplněn metodickými pokyny vlastníka sbírek (Plzeňský kraj). Další zdroje jsou pro muzeum, které je zřízeno krajem, nepovinným podkladem. Autor se přesto v další úpravě textu... 1 Summary This thesis describes the creation of an internal directive for the collections management and collection items for the needs of the Muzeum Šumavy Sušice, a contributory organization. In the introduction, the author briefly outlines the development of collections in the selected museum and acquaints the reader with the initial situation before the creation of the directive. The regime for handling a collection is understood as an internal regulation of museums, which every collection administrator1 in the Czech Republic must mandatorily establish. Until now, the Muzeum Šumavy Sušice had only formal internal regulations that did not fulfill the principles given by the legislative norm. This was also stated by an inspection of the Ministry of Culture, which, among other things, ordered the museum to establish a full-fledged directive. The author's aim was to create a Regime for Handling a Collection that would be adapted to the needs of the specific museum and that would be put into practice. The result of this thesis is therefore a directive, according to which all museum employees will proceed. The creation of a directive is a very individual matter.
