Právní postavení Židů v 18. a 19. století na území zemí Koruny české Abstrakt Tématem diplomové práce je právní postavení Židů na území zemí Koruny české v průběhu 18. a 19. století. Tento časový úsek byl zvolen, protože právě během těchto dvou staletí došlo k největším změnám v právním postavení Židů na tomto území. Nejprve docházelo k výrazným restrikcím židovského obyvatelstva, aby později postupná židovská emancipace vyvrcholila v plnou občanskou rovnoprávnost Židů s křesťany. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat tento vývoj a prezentovat nejdůležitější legislativu vážící se ke zvolenému tématu v daném období. V úvodu byly položeny tři výzkumné otázky, které práce sledovala. První otázka se věnovala hlavním protižidovským opatřením sledovaného časového úseku. Druhá otázka naopak sledovala zásadní židovská emancipační opatření daného období. Závěrečná otázka poskytovala prostor k zamyšlení, zda legislativní rovnoprávnost Židů přerostla i ve společenskou rovnoprávnost. Práce je členěna na pět kapitol s podkapitolami, které na sebe chronologicky navazují. První kapitola nabízí historický exkurz do dějin právního postavení Židů na našem území od jejich doloženého příchodu v 10. století až do konce 17. století. Tento historický přehled umožňuje lépe pochopit postavení židovského obyvatelstva do doby, které se věnuje... The Legal Status of Jews in the 18th and 19th Centuries in the Lands of the Bohemian Crown Abstract The topic of this thesis is the legal status of Jews in the lands of the Bohemian Crown during the 18th and 19th centuries. This time period was chosen because it was precisely during these two centuries that the most significant changes occurred in the legal status of Jews in this region. Initially, Jewish communities were subject to considerable restrictions, but these were gradually replaced by a process of Jewish emancipation, which eventually culminated in full civil equality with Christians. The aim of the thesis was to map this development and to present the most important legislation related to the chosen topic within the given period. At the beginning of the thesis, three research questions were posed. The first question addressed the main anti-Jewish measures of the observed time period. The second question, on the other hand, examined the key emancipation measures that affected Jews during the same period. The final question provided space for reflection on whether the legislative equality of Jews also resulted in social equality.
