Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou agresivity u dětí mladšího školního věku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definovány pojmy mladší školní věk, agrese a agresivita. Dále jsou popsány projevy agresivity, faktory ovlivňující agresivní chování a metody zvládání tohoto chování. Praktická část je zaměřena na výzkum, jehož cílem je zjistit, jak učitelé základních škol zvládají agresivitu u dětí, jaké metody používají a zda se s tímto problémem setkávají. Výzkum byl proveden prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s učiteli. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou podrobně analyzovány v závěru práce. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section defines the concepts of younger school age, aggression, and aggressiveness. Furthermore, it describes the manifestations of aggression, factors influencing aggressive behavior, and methods for managing this behavior. The practical part focuses on research aimed at determining how elementary school teachers manage aggression in children, what methods they use, and whether they encounter this problem. The research was conducted through semi-structured interviews with teachers. The results of the research survey are analyzed in detail in the conclusion of the thesis.
