Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na vojenský výcvik bojovníků organizace Islámský stát v Iráku a Sýrii, zejména v období její největší moci v letech 2014-2017. Cílem práce je analyzovat strukturu výcvikového systému této organizace, jeho ideologické základy, metody fyzické a bojové přípravy a roli výcvikových příruček. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována také dětským bojovníkům a jejich začlenění do ozbrojených složek. Práce vychází z kombinace primárních pramenů, včetně interních výcvikových dokumentů ISIS, a sekundární odborné literatury, doplněné o výpovědi bývalých členů organizace. Výsledky ukazují, že výcvikový systém ISIS byl promyšlený, ideologicky motivovaný a částečně srovnatelný s postupy konvenčních armád, přičemž se vyznačoval specifickými prvky asymetrické války. Práce přináší nový pohled na fungování výcvikových struktur v rámci teroristických organizací a může sloužit jako podklad pro hlubší porozumění mechanismům radikalizace a militarizace v kontextu Blízkého východu. This bachelor thesis focuses on the military training of fighters of Islamic State in Iraq and Syria fighters, particularly during the period of its greatest power between 2014 and 2017. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the structure of the organization's training system, its ideological foundations, methods of physical and combat training, and the role of training manuals. Special attention is also given to child soldiers and their integration into the armed forces. The thesis is based on a combination of primary sources, including internal ISIS training documents, and secondary professional literature, supplemented by testimonies of former members of the organization. The results show that the ISIS training system was well-structured, ideologically motivated, and partly comparable to the practices of conventional armies, while featuring specific elements of asymmetric warfare. The thesis provides a new perspective on the functioning of training structures within terrorist organizations and can serve as a basis for a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of radicalization and militarization in the context of the Middle East.
