Tato práce zkoumá rezidenční mobilitu Romek a Romů ve vyloučené lokalitě Poschlá, strategie hledání bydlení a vztah mezi prostorovou a sociální mobilitou. Výzkum kombinoval rozhovory, pozorování a analýzu dat. Hlavní zjištění ukazují, že mobilitu ovlivňují ekonomicko- institucionální bariéry, sociokulturní vazby a materiální a symbolické stimuly mobility. Vzniká pět typů strategií rezidenční mobility: stěhování, setrvání, pokusy o odchod, návraty a migrace. Práce zdůrazňuje aktérství místních, např. etnické maskování nebo využívání neformálních sítí. Prostorová mobilita nemusí vést k sociálnímu vzestupu, neboť úspěch závisí na ekonomických zdrojích, sociálním kapitálu a schopnosti čelit stigmatu. Vyloučené lokality zároveň paradoxně poskytují důstojnost navzdory marginalizaci. This study examines the residential mobility of Roma in the excluded locality of Poschlá, housing search strategies, and the relationship between spatial and social mobility. The research combined interviews, observations, and data analysis. The main findings show that mobility is influenced by economic and institutional barriers, sociocultural ties, and material and symbolic enablers for mobility. Five types of residential mobility strategies emerge: moving, staying, attempts to leave, returns, and migration. The work emphasizes the agency of local actors, such as ethnic masking or the use of informal networks. Spatial mobility does not necessarily lead to social advancement, as success depends on economic resources, social capital, and the ability to cope with stigma. At the same time, excluded localities paradoxically provide dignity despite marginalization.
