Téma volebních kampaní a jejich vlivů na voliče je v demokratických státech relevantní vzhledem k tomu, že kampaně mohou ovlivňovat rozhodování voličů či mít vliv na růst polarizace, která je pro demokratická zřízení v mnohém neblahá. Cílem této práce je proto analyzovat vliv kampaně Andreje Babiše (ANO) na voliče před druhým kolem prezidentských voleb v roce 2023. Analytická část vychází z kvantitativní analýzy sekundárních dat z výzkumu projektu SYRI, která byla zkoumána pomocí deskriptivní a inferenční statistiky (párový t-test, Cohenovo d a Mann-Whitneyův U test). Výsledky analýzy ukazují, že kampaň Andreje Babiše měla na jeho voliče spíše pozitivní vliv - vyvolávala u nich více naděje, zatímco u voličů Petra Pavla měla kampaň vliv spíše negativní - vyvolávala u nich více strachu. Další výsledky zároveň ukazují, že voliči Petra Pavla volby spíše vnímali jako souboj dobra a zla, zatímco voliči Andreje Babiše spíše ne, což indikuje vyšší míru afektivní polarizace mezi voliči Petra Pavla. Tato zjištění přispívají k lepšímu pochopení volebních kampaní a jejich vlivu na emocionální prožívání voličů a zároveň i vlivu na afektivní polarizaci v českém politickém prostředí. Výsledky mohou sloužit pro další výzkum emocí v politice, pro zkoumání afektivní polarizace nebo mohou pomoci volebním stratégům.... The topic of electoral campaigns and their effects on voters is relevant in democratic states, given that campaigns can influence voters' decision-making or contribute to the rise of polarization, which is in many respects detrimental to democratic regimes. Therefore, the aim of this master's thesis is to analyze the influence of Andrej Babiš's (ANO) campaign on voters ahead of the second round of the 2023 presidential election. The analytical part is based on a quantitative analysis of secondary data from the SYRI research project, which were examined using descriptive and inferential statistics (the paired t-test, Cohen's d, and the Mann-Whitney U test). The results of the analysis show that Andrej Babiš's campaign had a rather positive influence on his voters - it evoked more hope among them, while among Petr Pavel's voters, the campaign had a rather negative impact - it evoked more fear. Further results also show that Petr Pavel's voters tended to perceive the election as a battle between good and evil, while Andrej Babiš's voters tended not to do so, which indicates a higher degree of affective polarization among Petr Pavel's voters.
