(česky) Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zmapování a analýzu etických dilemat, se kterými se setkávají asistenti v projektu Kámoš organizace Barevný svět dětí, z. s. Práce dále zkoumá, jakým způsobem asistenti svá etická dilemata řeší, jaké dopady na ně tato etická dilemata mají a jaká podpora a péče jim je v tomto kontextu dostupná. V teoretické části jsou definovány klíčové pojmy, jako například sociální práce, etika a etická dilemata v sociální práci a představeny jsou také projekt Kámoš a organizace Barevný svět dětí, z. s. Praktická část zahrnuje kvalitativní výzkum, jehož cílem je identifikovat a popsat etická dilemata, se kterými se asistenti v projektu Kámoš organizace Barevný svět dětí, z. s. setkávají, a porozumět jejich prožívání a způsobům vyrovnávání se s nimi. Sběr a analýza nových empirických dat mohou organizaci Barevný svět dětí, z. s. napomoci ke zlepšení pracovních podmínek a péče o své pracovníky. (in English) This bachelor thesis focuses on mapping and analyzing the ethical dilemmas encountered by assistants in the 'Kámoš' project, run by the organisation 'Barevný svět dětí, z. s.' The thesis further explores how these assistants address ethical dilemmas, what impact such dilemmas have on them, and what support and care are available to them in this context. The theoretical part defines key concepts such as social work, ethics and ethical dilemmas in social work, and introduces the 'Kámoš' project along with the organisation 'Barevný svět dětí, z. s.'. The practical part includes qualitative research aimed at identifying and describing the ethical dilemmas faced by the assistants in the 'Kámoš' project, as well as understanding their experiences and coping strategies. The collection and analysis of new empirical data may help the organisation 'Barevný svět dětí, z. s.' improve working conditions and the overall care provided to its staff.
