Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na roli pohybových aktivit a her v kontextu rozvoje občanské společnosti. Konkrétně se věnuje hrám, založeným na překonávání vlastních limitů a porozumění významu soutěžních her ve skautské organizaci. Zkoumá, jak tyto hry přispívají k osvojování občanských kompetencí mládeže. Práce vychází z předpokladu, že hry mohou být dobrým nástrojem pro rozvoj dovedností, znalostí a hodnot, které následně jedinci uplatňují při aktivním zapojení do občanského života. Empirická část zkoumá skautský oddíl Orin jako prostředí, kde se tyto kompetence rozvíjejí a upevňují prostřednictvím herních metod. Cílem je zjistit roli her v občanské společnosti a jejich přínos pro budoucnost členů skautského oddílu. This thesis focuses on the role of physical activities and games in the context of civil society development. Specifically, it focuses on games based on overcoming one's own limits and understanding the importance of competitive games in the Scout organization. It explores how these games contribute to the acquisition of civic competences in a youthful society. The thesis is based on the premise that games can be a good tool for developing skills, knowledge and values that individuals subsequently apply in their active participation in civic life. The empirical part examines the Orin Scout Troop as an environment where these competences are developed and reinforced through gaming methods. The aim is to identify the role of games in civil society and their contribution to the future of the members of the Scout troop.
