cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] v českém jazyce Tato diplomová práce zkoumá motivaci žáků ke studiu na střední škole 1.KŠPA Kladno, a její cílem je identifikovat faktory ovlivňující tuto motivaci v kontextu moderní digitální éry. Využívá teoretická východiska z teorie sebeurčení (SDT), teorie dosažení cílů (AGT) a teorie očekávání-hodnoty (EVT). Tyto tří teorie analyzují intrinzickou a extrinzickou motivaci, školní klima a vliv technologií. Empirická část je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s deseti žáky. Výsledky ukazují dominanci intrinzické motivace spojené se zájmem o obor, avšak demotivační vliv nerelevantních předmětů, negativní dopady sociálních sítí a nedostatek praxe. Umělá inteligence (AI) je vnímána ambivalentně - jako podpora učení i potenciální riziko podvádění, což rezonuje s doporučeními US Department of Education (2023). Práce přispívá k porozumění motivace žáků navržením praktických opatření, jako je integrace AI s etickými pravidly, modernizace učiva a posílení školního klimatu pro podporu sounáležitosti. Limity výzkumu zahrnují malý vzorek, což omezuje generalizaci; budoucí studie by měly zahrnovat více škol a kvantitativní metody. Práce podtrhuje potřebu adaptace vzdělávacího systému na digitální výzvy a nabízí doporučení pro pedagogy a školy.in English This thesis examines the motivation of students to study at the 1. KŠPA Kladno secondary school, aiming to identify factors influencing this motivation in the context of the modern digital era. It draws on theoretical frameworks from Self-Determination Theory (SDT), Achievement Goal Theory (AGT), and Expectancy-Value Theory (EVT), which analyse intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, school climate, and the impact of technology. The empirical part is based on qualitative research through semi-structured interviews with ten students. The findings reveal the dominance of intrinsic motivation linked to interest in the field, but also demotivating factors such as irrelevant subjects, negative impacts of social media, and a lack of practical experience. Artificial intelligence (AI) is perceived ambivalently-as a tool supporting learning and a potential risk for cheating, resonating with recommendations from the US Department of Education (2023). The thesis contributes to understanding student motivation by proposing practical measures, such as integrating AI with ethical guidelines, modernizing curricula, and strengthening school climate to foster a sense of belonging. The study's limitations include a small sample size, which limits generalizability; future research should involve more schools...
