Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pracovního uplatnění osob s tělesným postižením, a to z pohledu faktorů, které ovlivňují jejich úspěšné pracovní začlenění. Cílem práce bylo analyzovat, jaké osobní, sociální a strukturální podmínky přispívají k tomu, že osoby s tělesným postižením nacházejí a udržují si pracovní místo na otevřeném trhu práce. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na definici tělesného postižení, jeho vliv na osobnost člověka, legislativní rámec a dostupné formy podpory. Dále rozpracovává témata motivace, emoční zralosti, citové vazby a role technologií při začleňování do pracovního procesu. Praktická část je postavena na kvalitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pěti respondenty s tělesným postižením. Data byla analyzována metodou otevřeného kódování. Výsledky ukazují, že klíčovou roli v pracovním začlenění hraje kombinace osobní motivace, sociální podpory, přístupného pracovního prostředí a porozumění ze strany zaměstnavatelů. Zvláštní pozornost byla věnována významu výchovy v dětství, emoční odolnosti a schopnosti adaptace na pracovní prostředí. Zjištění mohou sloužit jako podklad pro praxi sociálních pracovníků, zaměstnavatelů a dalších aktérů podpory zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. This diploma thesis explores the issue of employment of people with physical disabilities, focusing on the factors that influence their successful inclusion in the open labor market. The aim of the thesis was to analyze which personal, social, and structural conditions contribute to finding and maintaining employment for individuals with physical disabilities. The theoretical part defines physical disability, its impact on an individual's personality, the legal framework, and available support systems. It also elaborates on topics such as motivation, emotional maturity, attachment, and the role of technology in the integration process. The practical part is based on qualitative research using semi-structured interviews with five respondents with physical disabilities. The data were analyzed using open coding. The results show that a combination of personal motivation, social support, accessible work environments, and employer understanding plays a key role in successful employment. Special attention is given to the influence of upbringing,emotional resilience, and the ability to adapt to the work environment. The findings may serve as a basis for social workers, employers, and other stakeholders supporting the employment of people with disabilities.
