Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem inspekcí v sociálních službách a předmětem jejího zájmu je zjištění, zda a jakým způsobem realizovaná inspekce podpořila rozvoj sociálních služeb u konkrétního poskytovatele pobytové sociální služby typu domova. Výzkumný cíl je sledován komplexně z hlediska zjištění, jak konkrétní inspekce u vybraného poskytovatele proběhla, jaké byly její výsledky, jak na průběh i výsledky inspekce organizace reagovala také z hlediska realizovaných změn. Dopad změn na poskytované služby je sledován z perspektivy toho, zda je formálního nebo i systémového charakteru. Vzhledem k tomu, že se výsledky inspekce u vybraného poskytovatele vztahovaly k oblasti zákonné kvality v oblasti individuálního plánování, které se přímo vztahuje k poskytování podpory klientům, je otázka rozvoje sledována i z perspektivy toho, zda a jaký dopad měla inspekce na klienty organizace. The thesis deals with the topic of inspections in social services and the subject of its interest is to find out whether and how the implemented inspection supported the development of social services in a particular provider of residential social services in case of homes. The research objective is pursued comprehensively in terms of finding out how the particular inspection at the selected provider was carried out, what were its results, how the organisation responded to the progress and results of the inspection also in terms of the changes implemented. The impact of the changes on the services provided is examined from the perspective of whether they are formal or systemic in nature. As the results of the inspection of the selected provider related to the area of statutory quality in the area of individual planning, which is directly related to the support of clients provided, the issue of development is also examined from the perspective of whether and what impact the inspection had on the clients of the organisation.
