Lživá výpověď a metody výslechu lhoucích osob Abstrakt Práce se zabývá tématem lživé výpovědi a taktik výslechu lhoucích osob prováděných vyšetřovateli v České republice. Poskytuje náhled do reálné praxe vyšetřovatelů v porovnání s teoretickým rámcem uvedeným v odborné literatuře. Dále je v práci řešeno téma detekce lži a jednotlivých projevů lživé výpovědi. V praktické části byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření k zodpovězení výzkumných hypotéz. Přes malý vzorek respondentů poskytují výsledky dotazníku náhled na praktické provádění výslechů a detekci lži v České republice a objasňují nutnost doplňujícího šetření na rozsáhlejším vzorku respondentů. Šetření částečně potvrdilo hypotézy, kdy vyšetřovatelé si obvykle výslechové taktiky upravují dle svých preferencí a že převážně přikládají větší důraz verbálním projevům lživé výpovědi, nad těmi neverbálními. Zjištění poukazuje na vysokou míru personalizace výslechových taktik a zároveň zdůrazňuje nutnost dalšího rozvoje studijních materiálů a vzdělávacích postupů pro přípravu budoucích vyšetřovatelů. Tyto výsledky mohou přispět k hlubšímu porozumění tématu a sloužit jako inspirace a výchozí bod pro další výzkum v této oblasti. False testimony and the interrogation methods for deceptive individuals Abstract The thesis deals with the topic of false testimony and the interrogation tactics used by investigators in the Czech Republic, while questioning deceptive individuals. It provides insight into the actual practice of investigators in comparison with the theoretical framework presented in academic literature. The thesis also addresses the topic of lie detection and individual signs of false testimony. In the practical part the survey method was used to answer the research hypotheses. Despite the limited sample size, the survey results offer insight into practical conduct of interrogations and lie detection in the Czech Republic and highlight the need for further research on a larger sample of respondents. The survey partially confirmed studied hypotheses, that investigators usually adapt their interrogation tactics according to their preferences and that they tend to place greater emphasis on verbal cues of false statements, than on nonverbal ones. The findings point to a high degree of personalization of interrogation tactics, as well as the need to develop study materials and procedures for training future investigators.
