Disertační práce se zabývá spiritualitou v sociální práci, aspekty spirituality u sociálních pracovníků a pracovnic, a to s ohledem na kontext české společnosti. Cílem disertační práce je nalézt prostřednictvím analýzy odborných textů a vlastního výzkumného šetření odpovědi na následující otázky: jak může být v sociální práci chápána spiritualita? Jaká je spiritualita českých sociálních pracovníků a pracovnic? Disertační práce předkládá přehled možných pojetí spirituality v sociální práci a příbuzných oborech, a naznačuje oblasti, které mohou být inspirací pro integraci spirituality do české sociální práce. Součástí práce je kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření, které zahrnuje adaptaci zahraničního dotazníku do češtiny. Jedná se o dotazník Aspektů spirituality, který měří jednotlivé aspekty náboženské i nenáboženské spirituality. Cílem výzkumné části práce je deskriptivně vymezit spiritualitu sociálních pracovníků a pracovnic z vybraných krajů, a předložit deskripci a inferenci vzájemných vztahů mezi faktory spirituality, vazby na věk a pohlaví respondentů, délku jejich praxe, cílovou skupinu klientů, nejvyšší dosažené vzdělání respondentů a kraj, ve kterém vykonávají sociální práci. The dissertation deals with spirituality in social work, aspects of spirituality among social workers, with regard to the context of Czech society. The aim of the dissertation is to find answers to the following questions through the analysis of professional texts and own research: how can spirituality be understood in social work? What is the spirituality of Czech social workers? The dissertation presents an overview of possible concepts of spirituality in social work and related fields and suggests areas that can be an inspiration for the integration of spirituality into Czech social work. The work includes a quantitative questionnaire survey, which includes the adaptation of a foreign questionnaire into Czech. It is the Aspects of Spirituality questionnaire, which measures individual aspects of religious and non-religious spirituality. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to descriptively define the spirituality of social workers from selected regions, and to present a description and inference of the mutual relationships between spirituality factors, links to the age and gender of the respondents, the length of their practice, the target group of clients, the highest level of education of the respondents, and the region in which they perform social work.
