Tato práce se zaměřuje na využití zpětnovazebné cílené reaktivace paměti (CL-TMR) prostřednictvím zvukové stimulace během spánku za účelem posílení prostorových vzpomínek. Hlavním cílem je prozkoumat efekt metody na výkon v paměťových úlohách se zaměřením na egocentrickou a alocentrickou navigační strategii. První část práce je zaměřena na shrnutí poznatků z oblasti prostorové kognice a představení teoretických základů o mentální reprezentaci prostoru. Dále je nastíněna role spánku a konsolidačních mechanismů v reaktivaci vzpomínek a v závěru teoretické části jsou představeny metody zabývající se manipulací s paměťovými procesy během spánku. V empirické části je popsán experiment využívající metodu CL-TMR ve spánkové laboratoři. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 25 zdravých dobrovolníků, jejichž hlavním úkolem bylo naučit se pozice cílů v kruhové aréně. Následoval spánek a poté test zapamatovaných informací. Během jedné ze dvou nocí byly účastníkům ve spánku přehrávány zvukové podněty za účelem reaktivace vzpomínek a jejich posílení. Výsledky experimentu nepotvrdily hypotézy jiných studií o významném efektu metody CL-TMR, což upozorňuje na omezené empirické poznatky o jejím fungování. This work focuses on the use of Closed-Loop Targered Memory Reactivation (CL-TMR) through sound stimulation during sleep to enhance spatial memories. The main goal is to investigate the effect of the method on performance in memory tasks with a focus on egocentric and allocentric navigation strategies. The first part of the work is focused on summarizing knowledge from the field of spatial cognition and presenting theoretical foundations of mental representation of space. Furthermore, the role of sleep and consolidation mechanisms in memory reactivation is outlined, and at the end of the theoretical part, methods dealing with the manipulation of memory processes during sleep are presented. The empirical part describes an experiment using the CL-TMR method in a sleep laboratory. The research involved 25 healthy volunteers, whose main task was to learn the positions of targets in a circular arena. This was followed by sleep and then a test of remembered information. During one of the two nights, audio stimuli were played to the participants during sleep in order to reactivate memories and strengthen them. The results of the experiment did not confirm the hypotheses of other studies about a significant effect of the CL-TMR method, which highlights the limited empirical knowledge about its functioning....
