Bakalářská práce s názvem ,,Komunikace sester v dětské paliativní péči" pojednává o komunikaci sester v dětské paliativní péči. Podrobněji popisuje téma dětské paliativní péče, její rozvoj a následně se zaměřuje na komunikaci v dětské paliativní péči a komunikaci na konci života. Hlavní cíl bakalářské práce je vytvoření edukačního materiálu pro všeobecné a pediatrické sestry, které se poprvé setkají s pacientem, který je v dětské paliativní péči. Metodou výzkumu bylo zvoleno kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření, zkoumanými respondenty jsou praktické, všeobecné, pediatrické sestry a zdravotničtí záchranáři, kteří se setkávají s pacienty v dětské paliativní péči. Byl použit dotazník vlastní konstrukce a dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 105 respondentů. Výsledky, které jsme získali pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření a následné analýzy dat, jsou podrobně rozebrány v empirické části této práce. V závěru lze konstatovat, že kvalitní komunikace s rodiči umírajících dětí je klíčová pro zajištění komplexní paliativní péče. Závěrem této práce je edukační materiál pro sestry, které mají prvotní zkušenost s pacientem v dětské paliativní péči. The bachelor's thesis titled "Nursing Communication in Pediatric Palliative Care" discusses the communication of nurses in pediatric palliative care. It provides a detailed description of pediatric palliative care, its development, and then focuses on communication within pediatric palliative care and communication at the end of life. The main goal of the thesis is to create educational material for general and pediatric nurses who encounter a patient in pediatric palliative care for the first time. The research method chosen was a quantitative questionnaire survey, and the respondents were practical nurses, general nurses, pediatric nurses, and emergency medical technicians who encounter patients in pediatric palliative care. A self- constructed questionnaire was used, and 105 respondents participated in the survey. The results obtained through the quantitative questionnaire survey and subsequent data analysis are thoroughly discussed in the empirical part of this work. In conclusion, it can be stated that quality communication with the parents of dying children is crucial for ensuring comprehensive palliative care. The conclusion of this work is an educational material for nurses who are encountering a pediatric palliative care patient for the first time.
