This thesis develops a theory for linear boundary value problems of degenerate or- dinary differential systems with impulsive action. The work addresses systems where the coefficient matrix has reduced rank combined with impulse conditions at fixed time moments. Using Jordan chain analysis and central canonical form reduction, we estab- lish solution structures for these singular systems. The primary contribution is deriving necessary and sufficient solvability conditions through orthogonal projectors and Moore- Penrose pseudo-inverse matrices, where solutions form parametric families when solvable. The theory is validated through an electrical circuit example with periodic impulse distur- bances. This work extends boundary value theory to degenerate systems with impulses, providing methods applicable in control theory, electrical engineering, and mathematical physics. Práce je věnována lineárním okrajovým úlohám pro degenerované obyčejné diferen- ciální systémy s impulzy. Degenerovanými se nazývají ty systémy, které mohou mít u hlavní derivace singulární matici koeficientů. Zároveň na systém působí konečně mnoho impulzů v pevných časových okamžicích. Pomocí analýzy Jordanových řetězců a redukce na centrální kanonickou formu stanovujeme strukturu řešení takových systémů. Hlavním přínosem je odvození nutných a postačujících podmínek řešitelnosti pomocí ortogonálních projektorů a Moore-Penroseových pseudoinverzních matic, přičemž, je-li úloha řešitelná, její řešení tvoří parametrické rodiny. Teorie je numericky podpořena modelem elektric- kého obvodu s periodickými impulzními poruchami. Tato práce rozšiřuje teorii okrajových úloh na degenerované systémy s impulzy a poskytuje metody použitelné v teorii regulace, elektrotechnice a matematické fyzice.
