Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou potíží pohybového aparátu u stepařů v juniorské a dospělé věkové kategorii se zvláštním zaměřením na distorzi hlezenního kloubu, která se ukázala jako nejčastější úraz v této skupině. Teoretická část přibližuje charakteristiku stepu a pohybové stereotypy vyskytující se ve stepu, anatomii a kineziologii hlezenního kloubu a shrnuje aktuální poznatky o diagnostice, léčbě a rehabilitaci distorzí. Praktická část je postavena na dotazníkovém šetření mezi stepaři účastnících se mistrovských soutěží, které mapovalo výskyt úrazů a tréninkové návyky, a dále na kazuistice pacientky s diagnostikovanou distorzí hlezenního kloubu. Na základě vstupního vyšetření byl navržen a aplikován individuální rehabilitační plán. Výsledky ukazují efektivitu cílené fyzioterapie v obnovení funkce postižené oblasti po úrazu. Práce může sloužit jako podklad pro terapeutická doporučení v oblasti tanečních sportů a fyzioterapie. Abstract This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of musculoskeletal problems in tap dancers in the junior and adult age categories, with a special focus on ankle joint distortion, which has proven to be the most common injury in this group. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of tap dancing and the movement stereotypes occurring in tap dancing, the anatomy and kinesiology of the ankle joint, and summarizes current knowledge about the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sprains. The practical part is based on a questionnaire survey among tap dancers participating in championship competitions, which mapped the incidence of injuries and training habits, and on a case study of a patient diagnosed with ankle joint distortion. Based on the initial examination, an individual rehabilitation plan was designed and applied. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of targeted physiotherapy in restoring function to the affected area after injury. The thesis can serve as a basis for therapeutic recommendations...
