cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tato diplomová práce se zabývá automatizací klasifikace změn v rámci systému LULUCF (Land Use, Land-Use Change and Forestry) pomocí volně dostupných databází land cover. The goal was to develop a methodology for creating a universal training dataset of pseudo-invariant LULUCF surfaces applicable to change detection in selected areas of the Czech Republic over a time series of satellite imagery. The work applies machine learning methods, specifically the Random Forest algorithm, implemented in the Google Earth Engine environment. Emphasis is placed on integrating various land cover datasets to automate the generation of training data. The outputs include a classification database, LULUCF change analysis, and a web map application. The results demonstrate that using invariant data enables accurate classification even for time periods lacking specific training samples.
