Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem advokačních strategií českých feministických neziskových organizací během procesu ratifikace Úmluvy Rady Evropy o prevenci a potírání násilí vůči ženám a domácího násilí v České republice. Zaměřuje se na volbu advokačních nástrojů, jejich definici a reflexi vlivů na legislativu a mobilizaci veřejnosti. Práce dále zkoumá dezinformace týkající se úmluvy a jejich vliv na advokační strategie. Data byla získána výzkumnými rozhovory se zaměstnanci a zaměstnankyněmi zmíněných organizací. Rámující teorií pro tuto práci je Teorie advokačních koalic a poznatky z odborné literatury o občanské společnosti a advokačních činnostech neziskových organizací. Práce přibližuje, jakým způsobem vybírají neziskové organizace vhodné nástroje k advokacii. V neposlední řadě hledá vysvětlení, proč tento mezinárodní dokument nebyl v tuzemsku stále ratifikován. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of advocacy strategies of Czech feminist non-profit organizations during the ratification process of the Council of Europe Convention on preventing and combating violence against women and domestic violence in the Czech Republic. It focuses on the choice of advocacy tools, their definition and reflection of the effects on legislation and public mobilization. The thesis also examines misinformation regarding the convention and its effect on advocacy strategies. Data were obtained through research interviews with employees of the aforementioned organizations. The framing theory for this thesis is the Theory of Advocacy Coalitions and findings from the professional literature on civil society and advocacy activities of non-profit organizations. The thesis describes how non-profit organizations choose appropriate tools for advocacy. Last but not least, it seeks an explanation why this international document has not yet been ratified in the country.
