Název: Kazuistika ortoticko-protetické péče o pacienta s vrozenou deformitou dolní končetiny Cíle: Hlavním cílem této kvalifikační práce je návrh a zhotovení individuální ortoprotézy pro klientku s vrozenou deformitou dolní končetiny. Dílčími cíli jsou pak sumarizace základních poznatků o dolních končetinách a ortoprotetice, které tvoří odborný základ pro výběr vhodného ortoticko-protetického řešení, zpracování kazuistiky klientky a popis výrobního postupu ortoprotézy. Metody: Práce je členěna na dvě hlavní části - teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část shrnuje anatomii dolní končetiny, přehled vrozených vad a základní biomechanické principy dolních končetin. Empirická část má formu kazuistiky konkrétní klientky. Obsahuje její anamnézu, vstupní vyšetření, návrh a realizaci ortoprotézy. Závěrečné kapitoly se věnují výstupnímu vyšetření a zhodnocení ortoticko-protetické péče. Výsledky: Výsledkem této práce je zpracování kazuistiky a úspěšné zhotovení individuální ortoprotézy pro klientku s vrozenou deformitou dolní končetiny. Ortoprotéza byla vyhodnocena jako funkčně efektivní a výrazně přispívající ke zlepšení každodenní mobility a soběstačnosti klientky. Klíčová slova: vývojové vady končetiny, zkrat dolní končetiny, ortoticko-protetická péče, ortoprotéza, kazuistika Title: Case report of orthotic-prosthetic care for a patient with congenital abnormality of the lower limb Objectives: The main aim of presented thesis is to design and make an individual orthoprosthesis for a client with congenital abnormality of the lower limb. The sub-objectives are to summarize the basic knowledge about the lower limbs and orthoprosthetics, which forms the professional basis for the selection of a suitable orthotic-prosthetic solution, to elaborate the case study of the client and to describe the fabrication process of the orthoprosthesis. Methods: The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part summarizes the anatomy of the lower limb, an overview of congenital defects and basic biomechanical principles of the lower limb. The empirical part takes the form of a case report of a concrete client. It includes a medical history, initial examination, design and fabrication of the orthoprosthesis. The final chapters are dedicated to the exit examination and evaluation of orthotic-prosthetic care. Results: The orthoprosthesis was evaluated as functionally effective and significantly contributed to improving the client's daily mobility and self-sufficiency.
