Název: Komparativní studie stravovacích návyků vysokoškolských studentů s odlišným studijním zaměřením Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zjistit a vyhodnotit stravovací návyky vysokoškolských studentů a porovnat rozdíly mezi dvěma specifickými skupinami - studenty VŠ studujícími humanitní obory se studenty studujícími humanitní obory v kombinaci s tělesnou výchovou. Metody: Data byla získána kvantitativním výzkumem formou online ankety, který vyplnili studenti obou skupin. Výsledky byly následně analyzovány a porovnány z hlediska frekvence stravování, kvality potravin, dodržování pitného režimu a vlivu studijního zaměření na výživové chování. Výsledky: Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že studenti s tělesnou výchovou mají obecně lepší povědomí o výživě a častěji dodržují zásady zdravého stravování než jejich kolegové z čistě humanitních oborů. Výrazný rozdíl byl zaznamenán v pravidelnosti stravy, konzumaci zeleniny, složení jídelníčku i využívání výživových doplňků. Přesto se i u skupiny se sportovním zaměřením objevují určité výživové nedostatky a nevhodné stravovací návyky. KLÍČOVÁ SLOVA: výživa, výživové doplňky, sport Title: Comparative Study of the Eating Habits of University Students from Different Academic Departments Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis was to identify and evaluate the eating habits of university students and to compare the differences between two specific groups - studetns studying humanities and students studying humanities combined with physical education. Methods: The data was collected through quantitative research using an online questionnaire completed by students from both groups. The results were subsequently analyzed and compared in terms of meal frequency, food quality, adherence to hydration practices, and the influence of academic focus on nutritional behavior. Results: The research showed that students with a focus on physical education generally have better awareness of nutrition and more frequently follow healthy eating principles than their peers from purely humanities fields. A significant difference was observed in meal regularity, vegetable consumption, meal composition, and the use of nutritional supplements. Nevertheless, certain nutritional deficiencies and inappropriate eating habits were also identified within the group with a sports focus. KEYWORDS: nutrition, nutritional supplements, sports
