Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou politikou podporou pro oběti domácího násilí v České republice. Domácí násilí je aktuální závažný problém, objevující se ve všech společenských vrstvách a komunitách nehledě na čas či kulturu. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současné legislativní a institucionální opatření určená k ochraně a podpoře obětí domácího násilí. Práce vychází z analýzy právního rámce, institucionální struktury a aktuálních politik zaměřených na prevenci a řešení domácího násilí. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována názorům a perspektivám odborníků působících v oblasti dané problematiky. Expertní rozhovory jsou klíčovým prvkem sběru dat, umožňující lépe porozumět efektivitě stávajících politik a identifikovat silné a slabé stránky. Cílem práce je poskytnout ucelený pohled na politiku podpory pro běti domácího násilí v České republice, s důrazem na klíčové aspekty jako je právní ochrana či již zmíněné názory odborníků. Závěry práce budou sloužit jako základ pro diskuzi o možných vylepšeních v této oblasti. Domestic violence is a current serious problem, occurring in all social classes and communities regardless of time or culture. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current legislative and institutional measures designed to protect and support victims of domestic violence. The work is based on an analysis of the legal framework, institutional structure and current policies aimed at preventing and addressing domestic violence. Particular attention is paid to the views and perspectives of experts working in the field of the issue. Expert interviews are a key element of the data collection, enabling a better understanding of the effectiveness of existing policies and identifying strengths and weaknesses. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the policy of support for survivors of domestic violence in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on key aspects such as legal protection or the aforementioned views of experts. The conclusions of the thesis will serve as a basis for discussion on possible improvements in this area.
