Diplomová práce se zaměří na trilogii Anny Bolavé (Do tmy, Ke dnu, Před povodní), na konstrukci postav a jejich vyobrazení v perspektivě mytických bytostí, které lze vidět jako jejich předobrazy. Základními metodologickými vodítky budou psychoanalytické, filozofické a literárněvědné studie věnované živlu vody a kreativitě. Primární pozornost bude upřena na vodní bytosti, ostatní mytologické předobrazy by však měly být sledovány jako součást strategií textu Anna Bolavé. Zobrazování postav jako mytických se u Bolavé vyskytuje především u ženských postav, bude tedy třeba soustředit se také na feministické aspekty jejich výstavby, včetně toho, jak se tradičně propojuje živel vody a feminity a jak je v současné době tento archetypální vztah proměňován a využíván. The thesis will focus on the trilogy of Anna Bolavá (Do tmy, Ke dnu, Před povodní), on the construction of the characters and their depiction in the perspective of mythical beings that can be seen as their archetypes. Psychoanalytical, philosophical and literary studies on the element of water and creativity will be the basic methodological guides. The primary focus will be on water beings, but other mythological archetypes should be pursued as part of the strategies of the Anna Bolavá's text. The depiction of characters as mythical in Bolavá's work is primarily found in female characters, so it will also be necessary to focus on the feminist aspects of their construction, including how the element of water and femininity have traditionally been linked and how this archetypal relationship is currently being transformed and exploited.
