Bakalářská práce s názvem "Monitorace rizik u pacientů před a po implantaci kardiostimulátoru"se zabývá nejen vznikem kardiostimulátoru, principem jeho funkce a nejčastějšími důvody implantace, ale i přípravou pacienta před vlastní implantací kardiostimulátoru a péčí o pacienta po výkonu implantace kardiostimulátoru. Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjisti úroveň znalostí sester připravující pacienty na výkon implantace kardiostimulátoru a úroveň znalostí sester v oblasti péče o pacienty po výkonu implantace kardiostimulátoru. Soubor a metody: Výzkum probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření. Dotazník byl vlastní konstrukce a v tištěné podobě byl osobně roznesen na lůžková oddělení Kardiologické kliniky a lůžková oddělení interního typu ve FN Motol a v Nemocnici Tábor a.s.. Do vlastního výzkumného šetření bylo dohromady zapojeno 136 respondentů z obou nemocničních zařízení. Výsledky: Výsledky analýzy dat neprokázaly závažné nedostatky ve znalostech v oblasti přípravy pacienta na výkon implantace kardiostimulátoru. V tomto případě prokázalo 78,68 % respondentů výborné znalosti. V oblasti péče o pacienta po výkonu implantace kardiostimulátoru, prokázalo výborné znalosti pouze 35,29 % respondentů. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou představeny ve výsečových diagramech a v přehledných tabulkách. Závěr: Závěrem... The bachelor thesis entitled "Risk monitoring at patients before and after pacemaker's implantation" deals not only with origin of pacemaker, the principle of its function and the most common reasons for implantation, but also with the preparation of the patient before the pacemaker implantation and the care provided after the surgery. Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the level of nurses' knowledge regarding the preparation of patients for pacemaker implantation surgery, as well as their knowledge of post-operative care for these patients. Sample and methods: The research was conducted in the form of questionnaire survey. The questionnaire was self-constructed and in printed form was pesonally distributed to the inpatient wards of the Cardiology Clinic and the Internal Medicine Departement at FN Motol and Nemocnice Tábor a.s.. A total of 136 respondents from both hospitals participated in the research. Results: The analysis did not prove any significant lack of knowledge in the area of patient preparation for pacemaker implantation. In this area, 78, 68 % of respondents demonstrated excellent knowledge.
