Vedoucí bakalářské práce Mgr. Michaela Havlíčková Bakalářská práce "Vliv fyzioterapie na inkontinenci moči u sportovkyň" je rešeršní bakalářská práce s kazuistikou pacientky se stresovou inkontinencí moči. Teoretická část se zabývá mechanismem působení sportu na pánevní dno a rozebírá možné hypotézy vzniku inkontinence u sportovkyň. Dále pojednává o vlivu a propojení dechu a funkce pánevního dna. V závěru teoretické části jsou shrnuty možnosti léčby stresové inkontinence, se zaměřením na léčbu konzervativní - fyzioterapii. V praktické části je předvedena kazuistika pacientky dělající bojové sporty na národní úrovni. K hodnocení bylo použito uroflowmetrického vyšetření, kde se hodnotily následující parametry a jejich změna. Celkový vymočený objem, který se zvýšil o 174 ml, maximální rychlost průtoku zvýšená o 25 ml/s, průměrná rychlost průtoku zvýšená o 14 ml/s a celkový čas zkrácený o 16 s. Použito bylo také hodnocení dle PERFECT schématu, kde došlo ke změnám v rychlých opakovaných maximálních kontrakcích trvajících 1s a to z proveditelné 1 správné kontrakce na 9. Michaela Havlíčková This bachelor thesis explores the impact of physiotherapy on urinary incontinence in female athletes, including a case study of a national-level combat sports athlete with stress urinary incontinence. The theoretical part discusses the effects of sports on the pelvic floor, hypotheses of incontinence in athletes, the link between breathing and pelvic floor function, and conservative treatment options with a focus on physiotherapy. The practical part presents a case study of a national-level combat sports athlete. The patient's progress was evaluated using uroflowmetry, where notable improvements were observed: an increase of 174 ml in total voided volume, a 25 ml/s increase in maximum flow rate, a 14 ml/s increase in average flow rate, and a 16 s reduction in total voiding time. The PERFECT scheme assessment demonstrated an improvement in repetitive maximal contractions from 1 to 9 repetitions, and the strength of maximal voluntary contraction improved from an initial 2-3/5 to 4/5. Manual palpation of the pelvic floor revealed no hypertonus or trigger points (TRPs)....
