Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje komunikaci mezi pacientem a lékařem v kontextu implementace zdravotnických politik v České republice. Cílem práce je analyzovat, do jaké míry je v praxi naplňováno právo pacienta na informaci, informovaný souhlas a aktivní účast na rozhodování o vlastní léčbě. Teoretická část mapuje vývoj lékařsko-pacientského vztahu, legislativní a etické rámce komunikace a teoretické přístupy vycházející z veřejné politiky, sociologie zdraví a teorie komunikace. Praktická část vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech se čtyřmi dlouhodobě nemocnými pacientkami. Data byla analyzována pomocí tematické analýzy dle metodologie Braunové a Clarka. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují na výrazný rozpor mezi legislativně zakotvenými právy pacientů a jejich reálnou zkušeností. Informovaný souhlas bývá často redukován na formální akt bez adekvátního vysvětlení. Zaznamenána byla také neochota zdravotnického personálu přijmout nesouhlas pacienta, absence komunikačních standardů, nedostatek času a obtížné uplatnění zpětné vazby. Respondentky upozorňují na nutnost systematické podpory komunikace ze strany zdravotnického systému, včetně institucionálních opatření a vzdělávání. Práce dochází k závěru, že současná praxe neodpovídá ideálům participativní péče a vyžaduje... This bachelor's thesis deals with doctor-patient communication in the context of healthcare policy implementation in the Czech Republic. This thesis aims to explore the extent to which patients' rights to information, informed consent, and active participation in treatment decisions are fulfilled in practice. The theoretical section describes the evolution of the doctor-patient relationship, legal and ethical frameworks of communication, and relevant theoretical approaches from the fields of public policy, sociology of health, and communication theory. The empirical section draws on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with four long-term female patients. The data were examined through thematic analysis following the methodology of Braun and Clarke. The research findings reveal a significant gap between patients' rights as defined by law and theiractual experience. Informed consent is often reduced to a formal act without adequate explanation. The interviews also revealed reluctance among healthcare professionals to accept patient disagreement, a lack of communication standards, time constraints, and the ineffectiveness of feedback mechanisms.
