Cíle: Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň znalostí všeobecných sester v oblasti prevence a léčby dekubitů a nastínění problematiky samotné. Metody: K dosažení záměru práce bylo realizováno dotazníkové šetření. Tištěné dotazníky byli předloženy sestrám na Pneumologickém oddělení, Infekčním oddělení, Geriatrickém oddělení a Interních oddělení ve FN Motol. Do vlastního šetření bylo zařazeno 88 vyplněných dotazníků. Výsledky: Dle analýzy dat bylo zjištěno, že 61,36 % respondentů doposud absolvovalo specializační vzdělání a 22,73 % respondentů vzdělávací kurz v oblasti péče o rány. Avšak skoro polovina 44,73 % respondentů četlo knihu či článek o dekubitech před méně než rokem v době probíhajícího dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky vlastního šetření jsou prezentovány v přehledných tabulkách a výsečových diagramech. Závěry: Závěrem výzkumného šetření bylo zjištěno několik neznalostí respondentů vůči řešené problematice. Na základě ne zcela uspokojivých výsledků, bude vyvozeno doporučení pro ošetřovatelskou praxi v oblasti péče o rány. Aims: The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the level of knowledge of general nurses in the field of prevention and treatment of pressure ulcers. Methods: To achieve the purpose of the work, a questionnaire survey was conducted. Printed questionnaires were submitted to nurses in the Pneumology departmnet, Geriatrics department, Infectious Diseases department and Internal Medice department at FN Motol. 88 completed questionnaires were included in the survey itself. Results: According to data analysis, it was found that 61,36 % of respondents had completed specialized education and 22,73 % of respondets had read a book or article about pressure ulcers less than a year ago at the time of the ongoing database survey. The results of the actualsurvey are presented in clear bar charts. Conclusions: The conclusion of the research revealed several ignorances of the respondents regarding the issues being addressed. Based on not entirely satisfactory results a recommendation for nursing practise in the area of wound care will be derived
