Tématem předkládané práce jsou proměny globálních strategických ambic Čínské lidové republiky během vlády Si Ťin-pchinga. Analyzován byl zastřešující rámec čínských ambic a zahraniční politiky a jeho proměny mezi dvěma obdobími. Prvním porovnávaným obdobím jsou roky 2012-2015, kdy Si Ťin-pching přichází k moci a představuje iniciativu Nové hedvábné stezky, druhým je období 2020-2024, kdy Si představuje tři globální iniciativy (GCI, GDI, GSI) a začíná jeho třetí prezidentské období. Téma je nahlíženo optikou kritické geopolitiky a metodou je diskurzivní analýza strategických čínských prohlášení obou období, jejíž výsledky jsou v závěru porovnány. Analýza je zaměřena na 4 dimenze čínského diskurzu, kterými jsou - prezentace čínské mezinárodní politiky, - zájmy, ambice a jejich racionalizace, - identita Číny, - tvorba a nazírání prostoru. Přihlédnuto je v práci také ke kontextu čínského strategického diskurzu, kterým jsou zejména instituce, nástroje a reálné dopady čínské mezinárodní politiky. Analýza odhalila několik klíčových změn obecných rámců globálních ambic Číny. První změnou je globální aspekt čínských ambic v období 2020-2024 - zatímco v prvním období se čínské ambice vztahují k jednotlivým regionům, uvažuje ve druhém období Čína výhradně globálně. Druhou pozorovanou změnou je normativnost... The topic of this thesis are the changes of global strategic ambitions of the People's Republic of China during Xi Jinping's rule. The analysis focuses on the overarching framework of China's ambitions and foreign policy and its transformation between the two periods. The first period compared is 2012-2015, when Xi Jinping came to power and introduced the Belt and Road Initiative, and the second is 2020-2024, when Xi's third presidential term began and he introduced the three global initiatives (GCI, GDI, GSI). The topic is viewed through the lens of critical geopolitics, and the method is a discourse analysis of strategic Chinese statements from both periods, the results of which are compared in the conclusion. The analyses focus on four dimensions of Chinese discourse, which are - the presentation of Chinese international policy, - interests, ambitions, and their rationalization, - China's identity, - creation and perception of space. The thesis also takes into account the context of Chinese strategic discourse, particularly the institutions, instruments, and real impacts of Chinese international policy.
