Cílem závěrečné práce bylo předložit a interpretovat strategickou komunikaci a klíčová preventivní opatření sexuálního obtěžování a násilí v městské hromadné dopravě v České republice. Práce vznikla v návaznosti na první osvětovou kampaň v MHD, kterou spustila v roce 2024 nevládní organizace Konsent společně s Pražskou Integrovanou Dopravou a Magistrátem hlavního města Prahy. Problematika dosud nedosáhla v tuzemsku komplexního řešení, a proto je záměrem práce tento přístup na národní úrovni změnit a potenciálně problematice zamezit. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty zásadní poznatky odborné literatury o dosavadní komunikaci a prevenci sexuálního obtěžování a MHD. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu dosavadních pokusů o komunikaci a implementace preventivních opatření ze stran zainteresovaných subjektů. Výsledky byly na závěr vyhodnoceny a na jejich základě autorka vytvořila doporučení pro další řešení problematiky. Strategický plán tak zahrnuje doporučení, jak zefektivnit spolupráci stakeholderů, prostory MHD, včetně navržení komunikačních taktik a strategií a také vymáhání preventivních opatření, aby sexuální násilí bylo nejen dostatečně řešeno, ale také aby se dělo co nejméně českým občanům. The aim of the thesis was to present and interpret strategic communication and key prevention measures of sexual harassment and violence in public transport in the Czech Republic. The thesis was developed following the first public transport awareness campaign launched in 2024 by the NGO Konsent together with Prague Integrated Transport and the Prague City Hall. The issue has not yet achieved a comprehensive solution in the country, and therefore the intention is to change this approach at the national level and potentially prevent the problem. The theoretical part summarises the main findings of the literature on communication and prevention of sexual harassment and public transport. The practical part focuses on the analysis of previous attempts at communication and implementation of prevention measures by stakeholders. Finally, the results were evaluated and based on them the author made recommendations for further addressing the issue.
