cze Abstract:
Detekce kvetoucích rostlin...This bachelor thesis focuses on the detection of two selected plant species - the invasive garden lupin (Lupinus polyphyllus) and the protected spring pheasant's eye (Adonis vernalis) - using deep learning in the software environments ArcGIS Pro and ENVI. The aim of the thesis was to compare the outputs of various deep learning models, assess their accuracy, and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the software tools used. Modern object detection models were tested, with the highest accuracy achieved for lupine detection using the model Mask R-CNN model (F1 score 92.84 %), while the simpler SSD model yielded significantly lower values (F1 score 34.92 %). In the case of pheasant's eye, it was also verified that the model could be successfully transferred between images with different spatial resolutions, correctly detecting occurrences even in data not used during training. The results demonstrated that detection accuracy is influenced by model architecture, the quality of training data, and the spatial resolution of the outputs. ArcGIS Pro enabled detailed configuration of model parameters and training data structure, while ENVI stood out for its user-friendly interface. Both software environments proved suitable for vegetation detection from UAV imagery. The combination of both platforms...
