Bakalářská práce mapuje hnutí proti těžbě strategických materiálů, zejména lithia, v rámci projektu Jadar. Zasazuje občanský odpor proti těžařskému projektu do kontextu antiextraktivistické kritiky plánů zelené transformace a prohlubující se krize demokracie v Srbsku. Dále si klade otázku, jak samotní členové hnutí tento konflikt reflektují a jaké zastávají postoje, cíle a motivace. To zkoumá prostřednictvím kvalitativního výzkumu aktérské perspektivy postaveného na sedmi polostrukturovaných rozhovorech s osobami aktivními v hnutí mezi lety 2021/22 a 2024, tedy v období nejsilnější občanské mobilizace proti projektu. K interpretaci rozhovorů je použita aplikace analýzy rámců na sociální hnutí podle Benforda a Snowa. Z výzkumu vychází obraz sociálního hnutí tvořeného provázanou sítí skupin a jednotlivců organizovaných na několika úrovních s kontinuitou v rámci srbské občanské společnosti i globálního hnutí. Dále reflexe respondentů ukazuje, že je občanská mobilizace ovlivněna obavami z ekologických a sociálních dopadů projektu, ale i specifickou politickou situací v Srbsku a vztahem k evropským institucím. Tyto okolnosti jsou popisovány jako propojené a napříč vzorkem na nich obecně panuje konsenzus. Práce si dává za cíl rozšířit pochopení komplexních nálad v srbské společnosti, které vedly k... Bachelor thesis maps a movement against the extraction of strategic materials, namely lithium, in a Jadar project. It contextualizes popular opposition to mining project within a antiextractivist criticism of green transition plans as well as deepening crisis of democracy in Serbia. It further poses a question how the members of the movement reflect on this conflict, and which stances, goals and motivations do they recognise. That is explored through qualitative research based on seven semi structured research interviews with individuals active in the movement between 2021/22 and 2024, which is the time of the strongest popular mobilisation against the project. The interviews are interpreted through Banford and Snows application of frame analysis on social movement. The research shows the movement as a intertwined net of groups and individuals organised on multiple levels and showing continuity within both Serbian civil society and global movement. The reflection also shows the popular mobilisation as being influenced by environmental and social implications of the project as well as specific political situation of Serbia and relationship to European institutions.
