Příběh designového studia etnograficky rozplétá napětí mezi imaginací nerůstových a tyrkysových forem organizace a limity jejich uskutečnitelnosti v liberálně kapitalistické společnosti. Tyrkysová organizace se nejeví jako přirozený evoluční vývojový stupeň, ale spíš jako kolísavý zpochybnitelný experiment. Snaha o nehierarchii oslabuje kolektivní participaci, snaha pečovat se proměňuje v nástroj tlaku. Z perspektivy bývalých členek studia narazily vize na limity asymetrické moci, strukturálních nerovností a emocionální i materiální neudržitelnosti. Studio je příkladem "socio-ekonomické ruiny", tedy prostoru, kde se v podmínkách nejistoty rodí nehotové, vztahově zakotvené formy organizace fungující mimo růstový imperativ. Klíčová slova: tyrkysové organizace, nerůst, vztahy, příběh, autonomie, dostatečnost, péče This ethnographic account traces the story of a design studio navigating the tension between the imagination of degrowth- and teal-inspired organizational models and the limits of their realization within a liberal capitalist society. Rather than representing a natural evolutionary stage, the "teal organization" emerges as a fragile, contestable experiment. Efforts to avoid hierarchy undermine collective participation; intentions to foster care become instruments of pressure. From the perspective of former team members, these visions confronted the constraints of asymmetrical power, structural inequality, and both emotional and material unsustainability. The studio thus exemplifies a form of "socio-economic ruin" - a space where uncertain conditions give rise to unfinished, relational modes of organizing that operate outside the imperative of growth.
