Bakalářská práce Hodnocení kvality života u pacientů po transplantaci plic a její ovlivnění pomocí fyzioterapie 11 Abstrakt Transplantace plic je využívána u pacientů v terminální fázi respiračního či vaskulárního onemocnění, u nichž již byly vyčerpány možnosti konzervativní léčby. Operace má vliv nejen na délku života, ale také na jeho kvalitu, která se stává jedním z klíčových parametrů hodnocení úspěšnosti léčebné intervence. Nedílnou součástí komplexní péče je fyzioterapie, která přispívá k optimalizaci fyzického a psychického stavu v předoperačním období a k podpoře rekonvalescence a návratu do běžného života po transplantaci plic. Kvalitu života lze hodnotit pomocí specializovaných dotazníků, jako například Lung Transplant Quality od Life questionnaire, který byl vytvořen speciálně pro pacienty po transplantaci plic. Zaměřuje se na specifické obtíže těchto pacientů, jako jsou například třes, dušnost či sexuální dysfunkce. Teoretická část práce poskytuje přehled dosavadních poznatků o transplantaci plic, fyzioterapeutické péči před a po transplantaci a metodách hodnocení kvality života pacientů s chronickým respiračním onemocněním. V praktické části došlo k přeložení dotazníku Lung Transplant Quality of Life questionnaire do českého jazyka a následně byl aplikován pro zhodnocení efektu terapeutické... Bakalářská práce Hodnocení kvality života u pacientů po transplantaci plic a její ovlivnění pomocí fyzioterapie 1 Abstract Lung transplantation is used for patients in the terminal phase of respiratory or vascular disease, in whom the conservative treatment options have been exhausted. The surgery affects not only the length of life, but also its quality, which has become one of the key parameters for evaluating the success of therapeutic intervention. Physiotherapy is an integral part of comprehensive care, which contributes to optimising the psychical and psychological state in the preoperative period and to supporting recovery and return to normal life after lung transplantation. Quality of life can be assessed using specialized questionnaires, such as the Lung Transplant Quality of Life questionnaire, which was developed specifically for lung transplant patients. It focuses on specific difficulties of these patients, such as tremors, shortness of breath and sexual dysfunction. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of the current knowledge about lung transplantation, physiotherapy care before and after transplantation and methods assessing quality of life in patients with chronic respiratory disease.
