Tato diplomová práce se zabývá profesní cestou systemických psychoterapeutů a zkoumá, co jedince k této náročné profesi přivádí a jak je formuje psychoterapeutický výcvik. Hlavním cílem práce bylo prozkoumat a popsat klíčové vlivy, které utvářejí jejich profesní vývoj, od počátečních motivací až po transformační zkušenosti. Výzkum byl realizován kvalitativní metodou, konkrétně tematickou analýzou 41 polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s frekventanty a absolventy systemických výcviků. Výsledky ukazují, že vstup do profese je motivován komplexní souhrou osobních zranění (archetyp "zraněného léčitele"), profesní nespokojenosti a přirozených dispozic. Volba konkrétního výcviku je přitom charakteristická paradoxem mezi ideovým souzněním se systemickou filozofií a pragmatickými faktory, jako je náhoda či dostupnost psychoterapeutického výcviku. Samotný výcvik je vnímán jako intenzivní transformační proces, v němž dochází k proměně motivace od vnější podpory k vnitřní jistotě živené prvními úspěchy v praxi. Práce dochází k závěru, že cesta k profesi není lineární, ale je dynamickým procesem, v němž se frekventant učí především unést nejistotu a reflektovat vlastní motivy. This diploma thesis explores the professional journey of systemic psychotherapists, examining what leads individuals to this demanding profession and how they are shaped by their psychotherapy training. The main objective was to explore and describe the key influences that shape their professional development, from initial motivations to transformative experiences. The research was conducted using a qualitative methodology, specifically thematic analysis of 41 semi-structured interviews with trainees and graduates of systemic training programs. The results indicate that entry into the profession is motivated by a complex interplay of personal wounds (the 'wounded healer' archetype), professional dissatisfaction, and natural predispositions. The choice of a specific training program is characterized by a paradox between ideological alignment with systemic philosophy and pragmatic factors such as chance or availability. The training itself is perceived as an intensive transformative process in which motivation shifts from being externally supported to an internal confidence fueled by initial practical successes. The thesis concludes that the journey to the profession is not linear but a dynamic process in which the trainee learns primarily to tolerate uncertainty and reflect on their own motives....
