This Bachelor's thesis aims to create a web application that utilizes the ParCzech col- lection to facilitate the analysis of parliamentary speakers and their speeches. ParCzech is a data collection from the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech Republic. It features stenographic protocols and audio recordings of parliamentary speeches, as well as details about speakers and parliamentary organizations (such as committees and commissions). The stenographic protocols include timestamps synchronized with the audio recordings, as well as automatically labeled named entities, such as personal names, geographical locations and institution names. This application is designed to analyze parliamentary discourse and research political topics. Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit nad kolekcí ParCzech webovou aplikaci, která umožní analýzu parlamentních mluvčích a jejich promluv. ParCzech je kolekce dat z Posla- necké sněmovny PČR, zahrnující stenozáznamy a audionahrávky parlamentních projevů, včetně informací o mluvčích a parlamentních organizacích (kluby, komise). Stenozáznamy obsahují časové značky synchronizované s audionahrávkami a automaticky označené po- jmenované entity (jména osob, geografické názvy, názvy institucí aj.). Aplikace bude sloužit k analýze parlamentního diskurzu a výzkumu politických témat.
