Studie použité v této práci byly vyhledány v databázi Web of Science s předem stanoveným vzorcem klíčových kritérií. Methods: To process this theoretical bachelor's thesis, the method of narative literature review was used to create an overview of the existing body of work on the selected topic. The studies used in this thesis were searched in the Web of Science database using a predefined pattern of key criteria. The selected studies are presented and discussed in the context of the researched issue. Results: This narrative literature review of seven studies found that physical activity in natural environments generally reduces anxiety levels. Six out of the seven included studies confirmed a significant decrease in anxiety symptoms following engagement in nature-based activities. The type of activity, its intensity, or duration were not always crucial factors, but the subjective perception of the natural environment played an important role. Conclusion: The findings of this review suggest that physical activity in natural environments has positive effects on reducing anxiety. Spending time in nature while engaging in movement holds significant potential for improving mental health. Regular exposure to...
