[cze][eng] Tématem diplomové práce je marketingová komunikace klubu AC Sparta Praha mezi lety 2021 až 2025 Cílem práce bylo zhodnotit vybrané marketingové kampaně a projekty klubu a identifikovat jejich dopad. Teoretická část práce definuje základní pojmy sportovního marketingu a marketingové komunikace a představuje klub společně s jeho historií a současným stavem. Praktická část práce zahrnuje rozhovor s marketingovým manažerem klubu, analýzu čtyř hlavních kampaní (Na Spartu., GEN ACS, Buď v týmu a UNLIMITED) a analýzu zápasových příspěvků. Je zpracována SWOT analýza marketingové komunikace a autorem vytvořena doporučení pro další směřování marketingu.The topic of the thesis is the marketing communication of the football club AC Sparta Prague between the years 2021 and 2025. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate selected marketing campaigns and projects of the club and to identify their impact. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts of sports marketing and marketing communication and presents the club along with its history and current structure. The practical part includes an interview with the club's marketing manager, an analysis of four major campaigns (Na Spartu., GEN ACS, Buď v týmu, and UNLIMITED), and an analysis of matchday posts. A SWOT analysis of the club's marketing communication is provided, along with author-developed recommendations for the future direction of the club's marketing strategy002E
