cze Abstract:
Klíčová slova Umělá inteligence; duševní zdraví; digital natives; digital immigrants; komunikace s umělou inteligencí;This thesis focuses on examining attitudes towards the use of artificial intelligence in the field of mental health and the differences between attitudes among digital natives and digital immigrants. The work seeks to find common clues as to why people are or are not interested in such a solution, what potentially prevents them from adopting these tools, how artificial intelligence in the field of mental health compares to human professionals, and whether the willingness to use these tools varies by type of mental health problem. The results show that the digital natives group, which the tools are mostly aimed at, is not very interested in such tools according to the qualitative survey and still has a strong trust in the human approach. On the contrary, digital immigrants surprisingly believe more in the future of these tools, even if they themselves would not want to use them. The results of the qualitative survey are then explained against the background of the theory of diffusion of innovations in society.
