cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tato práce se zabývá některými vlastnostmi čistě injektivních, kotorzních a bezkotor- ních grup. Ukážeme existenci a jednoznačnost pushoutů a pullbacků v kategorii abe- lovských grup. Také ukážeme vlastnosti derivovaného funktoru Ext, definovaného přes exaktní posloupnosti, a použijeme je pro dokázání Bongartzova lemmatu. Popíšeme ekvi- valentní definice čistě injektivních grup a podáme důkaz charakterizace čistě injektivních grup pomocí algebraické kompaktnosti nebo rozšíření sumačního homomorfismu. Podáme základní vlastnosti kotorzních grup a jejich charakterizaci. Předchozí věty poté použijeme k důkazu vztahu kotorzních a čistě injektivních grup. Dále uvedeme důkaz charakterizace bezkotorzních grup a některé jejich příklady. In this thesis, we study some properties of pure-injective, cotorsion and cotorsion-free groups. We show the existence and uniqueness of pushouts and pullbacks in the category of abelian groups. We also show properties of the derived functor Ext, defined via exact sequences, and use them for proving Bongartz's lemma. We describe equivalent definitions of pure-injective groups, and give a proof of characterization of pure-injective groups by algebraic compactness or extending summation homomorphism. We give some basic properties of cotorsion groups, as well as their characterization. Then we use previous theorems for a proof of the relation of cotorsion and pure-injective groups. Finally, we give a proof of characterization of cotorsion-free groups and some examples of them.
