Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, jak partnerské vztahy vznikající v pracovním prostředí ovlivňují postoje zaměstnanců a jejich prožívání pracovních povinností. Zaměřuje se na subjektivní zkušenosti jedinců, kteří byli v milostném vztahu s kolegou nebo nadřízeným, a sleduje, jak tato zkušenost ovlivnila jejich pracovní motivaci, nasazení, výkonnost i vnímání atmosféry na pracovišti, přičemž zohledňuje také roli reakcí okolí a kontextu pracovního prostředí. Teoretická část práce představuje přehled současných poznatků o partnerských vztazích v pracovním prostředí, věnuje se jejich přínosům a rizikům, možnostem intervence ze strany organizací, a zároveň popisuje roli pracovního prostředí a firemní kultury v kontextu prožívání pracovních povinností. Empirická část práce vychází z kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sedmi respondenty, kteří mají osobní zkušenost s partnerským vztahem na pracovišti. Získaná data byla analyzována podle principů zakotvené teorie. Výsledky ukazují, že partnerské vztahy na pracovišti mají výrazně ambivalentní dopady. Na jedné straně mohou přinášet zvýšenou motivaci, větší pracovní spokojenost a lepší adaptaci, na straně druhé však mohou vést ke snížení soustředění, přenosu osobních emocí do pracovního prostředí či ke zvýšené... This bachelor thesis examines how romantic relationships that develop in the workplace influence employees' attitudes and their experience of work duties. It focuses on the subjective experiences of individuals who have been in a romantic relationship with a colleague or superior and examines how this experience has affected their work motivation, engagement, performance, and perception of the workplace atmosphere, while also taking into account the role of the reactions of those around them and the context of the work environment. The theoretical part of the thesis provides an overview of current knowledge about romantic relationships in the workplace, focusing on their benefits and risks, possibilities for intervention by organizations, and describing the role of the work environment and corporate culture in the context of the experience of work duties. The empirical part of the thesis is based on qualitative research conducted through semi-structured interviews with seven respondents who have personal experience with workplace relationships. The data obtained were analyzed according to the principles of grounded theory. The results show that workplace relationships have significantly ambivalent effects.
