Tato diplomová práce se zabývá fenoménem kriminálních minisérií na platformě Voyo v kontextu rostoucí obliby true crime žánru. Cílem práce je analyzovat produkční a tvůrčí aspekty těchto minisérií a zjistit, jak jsou skutečné kriminální případy adaptovány do podoby audiovizuální vyprávění, jaké narativní a stylistické strategie využívají a v čem se odlišují od tradiční seriálové tvorby. Metodologicky výzkum vychází z kvalitativní obsahové analýzy tří vybraných minisérií - Případ Roubal (2021), Matematika zločinu (2023) a Metoda Markovič: Hojer (2024) - doplněné o sekundární zdroje (rozhovory s tvůrci a herci). Analýza ukazuje, že všechny zkoumané série spojuje důraz na autenticitu, nelineární vyprávění a postupné odhalování informací, avšak každá k látce přistupuje odlišně: Případ Roubal akcentuje soudní proces a morální dilemata obhajoby, Metoda Markovič: Hojer zdůrazňuje perspektivu vyšetřovatele a psychologii novinářů a Matematika zločinu tematizuje justiční omyl a investigativní práci novinářů. Závěry práce poukazují, že kriminální minisérie Voyo představují nový formát na pomezí dramatu a faktografie, který si v českém prostředí získal značný divácký ohlas i odborné uznání. This master's thesis examines the phenomenon of crime miniseries on the Voyo streaming platform against the backdrop of the growing popularity of the true crime genre. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the production and creative aspects of these miniseries and to determine how real criminal cases are adapted into audiovisual narratives, what narrative and stylistic strategies they employ, and how they differ from traditional series formats. Methodologically, the research is based on qualitative content analysis of three selected Voyo Original miniseries - Případ Roubal (2021), Matematika zločinu (2023), and Metoda Markovič: Hojer (2024) - supplemented by analysis of secondary materials (interviews with creators and actors). The analysis reveals that all the examined series emphasize authenticity, non-linear storytelling, and the gradual revelation of information, yet each approaches the subject matter differently. Případ Roubal accentuates the courtroom process and the moral dilemmas of legal defense, Metoda Markovič: Hojer highlights the investigator's perspective and the psychology of criminal behavior, and Matematika zločinu focuses on a judicial miscarriage and the investigative work of journalists.
