Práce se zabývá rozdíly generací v přístupu k rodinné politice a právům LGBT osob. Porovnává Husákovy děti, které vyrůstaly v době normalizace a transformace, s generací Z formovanou digitálním prostředím a demokratickými podmínkami. Teoretická část sleduje vývoj práv LGBT osob a proměnu rodinných struktur od tradičního modelu k postmoderním formám rodiny. Metodologická část využívá polostrukturované rozhovory, které odhalují, jak se odlišné životní zkušenosti a jací agenti politické socializace promítají do postojů k manželství pro všechny, adopcím či asistované reprodukci jednotlivých generací. Zároveň zkoumá, jak moc jsou u informantů přítomné postmateriální hodnoty. The thesis deals with generational differences in the approach to family policy and LGBT rights. It compares Husak's Children, who grew up during the period of normalization and transformation, with Generation Z, shaped by the digital environment and democratic conditions. The theoretical part traces the development of LGBT rights and the transformation of family structures from the traditional model to postmodern forms of the family. The methodological part uses semi-structured interviews, which reveal how different life experiences and which agents of political socialization are reflected in the attitudes towards marriage for all, adoption or assisted reproduction of individual generations. At the same time, it examines the extent to which post-material values are present among the informants.
