Název: Motivace dobrovolníků na Olympijských hrách v Paříži 2024 Cíle: Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jaké faktory nejvíce motivovaly dobrovolníky, aby se přihlásili na Olympijské hry v Paříži v roce 2024. Metody: V práci je využito kvantitativní metody v podobě online dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky: Výzkum práce zjistil, že nejvíce motivoval dobrovolníky faktor Spojený s Olympijskými hrami, který obsahuje motivace spojené s touto mezinárodní událostí, být její součástí, potkat sportovce. Nejvyšší motivační hodnotu mělo z tohoto faktoru získání zážitků na celý život. Druhým nejlépe hodnoceným byl faktor Účelový představující potřebu dobrovolníků pomáhat ostatním a komunitě na základě vlastního přesvědčení nebo tradicím. Nejhůře byl hodnocen faktor Egoistický zahrnující účast na akci jako prostředek pro vlastní rozvoj, především kariérní rozvoj. Methods: The work uses quantitative method in the form of an online questionnaire survey. Results: The research of this thesis found that the factor Associated with Olympic Games, which includes motivations associated with this international event, being a part of it, meeting athletes, motivated volunteers the most. The highest motivational value from this factor was the acquisition of experiences for a lifetime. The second-best rated factor was the Purposive factor, representing the volunteers' need to help others and the community based on their own beliefs or traditions. The worst rated factor was the Egoistic factor, which includes participation in the event as means for personal development, especially career development.
