Předmětem předkládané diplomové práce je motivace učitelů k výuce hudební výchovy, a to se zaměřením na první stupeň základních škol. Záměrem a hlavním cílem práce bylo shrnout dosavadní poznatky jak o motivaci obecně, tak o motivaci učitelů hudební výchovy na prv- ním stupni základního vzdělávání, a zjistit, co učitele k výuce hudební výchovy motivuje, jak učitelé vlastní motivaci vnímají, jaké faktory jejich motivaci k výuce hudební výchovy ovlivňují a jakými způsoby lze případně jejich motivaci podpořit. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje nejprve na motivaci jako takovou a zabývá se podobou hudební výchovy na prv- ním stupni základních škol, a to jak z hlediska platného rámcového vzdělávacího programu, tak z hlediska pedagogické teorie. Vedle toho popisuje rovněž možné překážky, se kterými se učitelé hudební výchovy na prvním stupni základních škol mohou v praxi setkávat a které mohou ovlivňovat i jejich motivaci k výuce tohoto předmětu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části se práce zabývá nejprve osobností učitele hudební výchovy, jeho profesními kompe- tencemi a následně jeho motivací. Praktická část práce pak analyzuje a shrnuje výsledky výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn na vybrané základní škole v Praze. Výzkum byl zaměřen na vnímání vlastní motivace oslovených učitelů k výuce hudební výchovy... The subject of this thesis is teachers' motivation for teaching music education, with a focus on primary education. The aim and main objective of the thesis was to summarize the exist- ing knowledge about motivation in general, as well as the motivation of music education teachers in primary education, and to identify what motivates them to teach music education, how they perceive their own motivation, what factors influence their motivation to teach music education and how their motivation can be supported. In the theoretical part the thesis first focuses on motivation itself and examines the form of music education in primary edu- cation, both from the perspective of the current framework educational programme and ped- agogical theory. In addition, it describes possible obstacles that music education teachers in primary education may encounter in practice, which can also affect their motivation to teach the subject. The final chapter of the theoretical part focuses on the personality of music ed- ucation teachers, their professional competences, and subsequently their motivation. The practical part of the thesis analyses and summarizes the results of research conducted at a selected primary school in Prague.
