Lukáš Dušek Název rigorózní práce: Analýza spotřeb vybraných léčiv užívaných k léčbě COVID-19 Konzultant: doc. PharmDr. Josef Malý, Ph. D. Úvod a cíl práce: Tato práce představovala syntézu doporučených postupů v prvních dvou letech pandemie covidu-19 (2020-2021) a analyzovala změny distribuovaného množství v ČR u vybraných skupin humánních registrovaných léčiv. Metodika: Byly zkoumány změny distribuovaných definovaných denních dávek (DDD) hlášených distributory dle pokynu DIS-13 Státního ústavu pro kontrolu léčiv oproti období před pandemií (leden 2015 až únor 2020) a asociace parametrů s distribuovaným množstvím. Analyzované skupiny zahrnovaly: (1) azithromycin, (2) hydroxychlorochin (HCQ), (3) isoprinosin, (4) lopinavir/ritonavir, (5) antikoagulancia ze skupiny heparinů, (6) perorální antikoagulancia, (7) kyselina acetylsalicylová (ASA) v antiagregační indikaci, (8) dexamethason, (9) inhalační kortikosteroidy (IKS), (10) tocilizumab, (11) baricitinib, (12) nekombinovaná expektorancia a antitusika, (13) ibuprofen a paracetamol. V případě potřeby byly dále analyzovány podrobnější podskupiny nebo jednotlivé léčivé látky a tyto byly doplněny o tři skupiny antibiotik v příloze. Analýzy byly... Introduction and objective: This paper presented a synthesis of the recommended practices in the first two years of the covid-19 pandemic (2020-2021) and analysed the changes in the distributed amount of selected groups of human registered medicinal drugs in Czech Republic. Methods: Changes in the distributed defined daily dose (DDD) reported by the distributors according to the State Institute for Drug Control instruction DIS-13 were compared to the pre- pandemic period (January 2015 to February 2020) and the association of parameters with the distributed amount were examined. The groups analysed included: (1) azithromycin, (2) hydroxychloroquine (HCQ), (3) isoprinosine, (4) lopinavir/ritonavir, (5) anticoagulants from the heparin group, (6) oral anticoagulants, and (7) acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) in antiaggregating indication, (8) dexamethasone, (9) inhaled corticosteroids (IKS), (10) tocilizumab, (11) baricitinib, (12) non-combined expectorants and antitussives, (13) ibuprofen and paracetamol.
