Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na oblast marketingové komunikace ve veterinární ordinaci Veterina Bystrc. Cílem práce je navrhnout konkrétní opatření, která povedou ke zvýšení loajality stávajících klientů a zároveň osloví nové zákazníky. Teoretická část vymezuje klíčové pojmy v oblasti marketingu služeb, zákaznického chování a komunikačních nástrojů. Analytická část se zabývá hodnocením současného stavu komunikace ordinace, včetně PESTLE analýzy, marketingového mixu, analýzy konkurence a výsledků dotazníkového šetření mezi cílovou skupinou. V návrhové části jsou na základě těchto zjištění představena konkrétní doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení marketingové komunikace a posílení postavení ordinace na trhu.
The thesis focuses on the area of marketing communication in the veterinary clinic Veterina Bystrc. The aim of the thesis is to propose specific measures that will enhance the loyalty of existing clients and attract new ones. The theoretical part defines key concepts in the field of services marketing, consumer behavior and communication tools. The analytical part evaluates the current state of the clinic's communication, including PESTLE analyses, marketing mix, competitive analysis, and the results of a questionnaire survey among the target group. Based on the findings, the proposal section presents specific recommendations aimed at improving marketing communication and strengthening the clinic’s position on the market.
